Welcome to Doodle Genie. By using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Doodle Genie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Doodle Genie is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform photographs of hand-drawn artwork into stylized digital artwork. The Service is available on iOS and Android devices.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • The app is designed for use by adults (parents, guardians, grandparents) with their children.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. User Content

Your Drawings

You retain all rights to the original drawings you upload. By uploading a drawing, you grant Doodle Genie a limited license to process and transform the image for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Artwork

The AI-generated artwork created from your drawings is yours to use, share, print, and enjoy for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share the generated artwork on social media and with family and friends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
  • Use the Service to generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Resell or commercially distribute generated artwork without permission

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Doodle Genie may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are handled according to the respective store's refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Doodle Genie app, including its AI models, user interface, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Doodle Genie and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your specific expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doodle Genie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
